I’m a senior and seasoned communications professional – now consultant – with over two decades of experience in PR. This includes everything from strategic media relations and message development, to risk and reputational management, copywriting, ghost-writing, establishing and managing social media channels and strategies, internal comms, and delivering media interview training.
I have written for national media and trade journals, ghost-written thought pieces for c-suite, penned brands’ sustainability and annual reports, and tons of third party web copy – for business, fintech, and charities. I’ve produced podcasts for a national charity (interviewing a Spice Girl for one), and acted as a broadcast spokesperson on many occasions.
I am an Accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR), and a founding member, former director, and ex-trustee of CharityComms, the membership network for communications professionals working in UK charities.
In 2024, I joined the trustee board of SW19 based micro-charity, The Squad, working with learning disabled people, as a communications and reputational management lead.
